 Our low cost Spay/Neuter Program

The Humane Society of Charles County offers low cost spay/neuter services to the public.
Our Veterinarians, Dr. Thomas Smith and Dr. Anna Parviainen, as well as our dedicated Vet Technicians, will take the best possible care of your pets during their stay.

Anyone can participate in our spay/neuter program by having the surgery done at the Humane Society Spay/Neuter Clinic.
Our spay/neuter program is designed to reduce some of the costs involved in spaying or neutering pets greater than 4 months of age.
This Humane Society service is provided by appointment on the shelter premises at 71 Industrial Park Drive in Waldorf, MD.
There is a 90 lb. limit for female dogs. Pets older than 5 years may be required to have pre-surgical bloodwork. The cost of a blood chemistry panel is $95.00.
