Does Your Dog Have Heartworm?

Knowing the symptoms can prolong your dog's life!.

Many Dogs have heartworm, but their owner's don't know it- until it is too late. Heartworm is a deadly canine parasite that comes from a mosquito bite. The disease can be treated in some cases, but treatment can also be very risky for a dog. Prevention is the best remedy for this crippler.

Do you know the symptoms of canine heartworm?

  • Dry and frequent coughing
  • rapid tiring during exercise
  • sluggishness
  • labored breathing
  • weight loss
  • fainting
  • swollen stomach

If your dog has these symptoms, see a veterinarian at once for treatment. Most important, contact a veterinarian now to start your dog on a regular schedule of preventive medicine. Never give your dog preventive medicine if he already has heartworms; he may die if you do.

Stamp out heartworm NOW!
